Mindful Movement Arts
Building self-confidence, self-love, self discipline and self-respect through a range of creative FAILURE FREE movement practices. Offering a path to self mastery students practice Parkour, Tai- Chi, Freestyle Acrobatics, Break Dancing, Animal based Movement, Sound Sabers and meditation.
